Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if the SMARWI system has safety features to prevent damage if a window is locked and an 'open' command is issued. Does it have safeguards in place to prevent damage?

Hi,
if this situation happens (window is locked and "open" command is issued), Smarwi recognize that window is locked (1-2 seconds Smarwi will try to open the window) and after Smarwi recognize it is not possible open the window and window is locked, in home page (vektiva.online) you will receive an information attached.
